  • 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries

  • 3/4 cup gluten-free oats + 3 tbsp (or with gluten is fine)

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup dried pomegranate seeds (or dried cranberries)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp almond butter



  1. Blend ingredients mentioned above together till you get a pink dough-like consistency

  2. Roll into balls

  3. Store in the freezer in airtight container lined with parchment paper for at least two hours (make sure you don't stick the balls together but spread them out evenly)
