No Bake Cranberry Rose Pistachio Granola Bars

All you need is:

To pulse.

7 ingredients.

A rectangular or even round mold.

A freezer.


This recipe yields 10-15 bars (depending the size you cut them into)

It is vegan, plant-based.

Can last in the freezer up to two weeks.

  • 1.5 cups oats (gluten free or non)

  • 2 tbsp pistachio butter (or almond butter, or peanut butter)

  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 3/4 cup chopped raw pistachios (or raw hazelnuts or walnuts)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • Handful of edible dried rose petals (optional)

  • 1 tbsp hemp seed powder (optional - or maca powder)

  • 1/3 tsp rock salt



  1. Add the above mentioned ingredients to your blender and pulse until the elements are mixed to make a crumbled consistency (do not blend)

  2. Line your mold with parchment paper and lay down your mixture onto it

  3. Press down using your hands or a spoon/spatula evenly, to have one large uniform granola rectangle (or round if you used a round mold)

  4. Cover and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours

  5. Cut it up into bar like shapes, into the size you’d like

  6. Enjoy!

The perfect snack or quick go-to breakfast before a workout.
