Mango Matcha Chia Parfait

You're going to love this mango matcha pairing!

Protein packed! Great before a workout :)


Ingredients for the matcha layer

  • 1 tsp matcha 
  • 1/4 cup almond milk 
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Mix the ingredients at the bottom of the cup, cover, and place in the fridge when you blend your mango mix 



Ingredients Mango Mix

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango 
  • 1 tbsp maca
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or cashew milk or soy yogurt

Blend ingredients together until silky smooth 

Pour over the matcha chia layer prepared previously 

Store in the fridge overnight or enjoy right away!
