Matcha Spirulina Melon Chia Pudding

All you need to do is prep the lower layer in the evening before bed, which takes 2 minutes, and then make your melon smoothie layer which takes another 3 minutes in the morning, and voilà!

Oh, and also check out this video :)

So first thing’s first: the night before, you need to mix the following ingredients in a cup and store in the fridge overnight:

  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds #protein
  • 1 tsp matcha powder #antioxidants
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder #detox
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Mix well and store in the fridge overnight

The next morning, prepare your melon smoothie with

  • 1 cup frozen melon
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 steamed and then frozen zucchini*
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds powder #protein
  • 1 tsp mais powder #antifatigue
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or cashew milk

Blend away!

*For the zucchini, you can simply wash, cut into bite sized pieces and steam it the night prior for 15mins. Once steamed, let it cool and store it in the fridge. You can add some frozen zucchini to your smoothie bowl to get those extra greens in, and you won't even know they are there! Also, zucchini has great #antiinflammatory properties, so why not!

Then, grab your chia pudding and add the layers as followers (as shown in the video above)
1️⃣ 1 tbsp almond butter
2️⃣ handful of dried white mulberries
3️⃣ handful of blueberries
4️⃣ melon smoothie
5️⃣ freshly sliced mango
6️⃣ goji berries
