Soy Matcha Parfait

Have you said aloud what you are grateful for this morning? Find three things that you are grateful for and give yourself a warm morning hug to start the day off right.
This delicious Soy Matcha Parfait will also help kick start your beautiful and productive morning.
Who's with me?
- 5 tbsp soy yogurt
- 2 tsp matcha
- 1 fresh banana
- Home-made granola or store-bought granola (I used Ambrosiae the Uberfood's physalis granola mix, it's delicious)
- 3-5 fresh raspberries
- Fresh blueberries
1️⃣ Add 2 tablespoons (tbsp) it soy yogurt at the bottom of your cup or bowl, then add 1/2 tsp matcha and mix well with your mini whisk or spoon.
2️⃣Add a layer of banana and 1/2 tsp of vanilla (vanilla optional)
3️⃣Add 1 tbsp of soy yogurt then add a few raspberries (or more banana or blueberries slices if you prefer) and a 1/4 tsp matcha and mix it in
4️⃣ Add 1 tbsp of soy yogurt and top it off with @ambrosiae_theuberfood ‘s delicious granola
5️⃣ sprinkle some matcha on top, add a fresh bowl of fruit (apples, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries), some nuts, on the side and voila!
