Peanut butter? Uh, YEA! 

This creamy, hearty, delicious plant-based smoothie bowl is packed with protein, fiber and joy promoting properties to start you off right today!

Serves 1



  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 2 dates 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao 
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut milk @ecomiloficial 


  1. Remove the seeds from the dates 
  2. Blend all ingredients together until you get a super creamy and smooth consistency 
  3. Then add your toppings 


  • Fresh raspberries 
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chia seeds 
  • A dollop of peanut butter (optional) 
  • Chopped raw almonds
