Strawberry Dream Bowl
My mom is traveling today, so before she heads off, I decided to make her a yummy strawberry smoothie bowl.
There is nothing I love more than sharing what I love, with those I love.
This smoothie bowl tastes like childhood, like strawberry candy, and is plant-based with no added sugars. How great is that?

Serves 1 (or 2 persons, if you're willing to share like I am :))
Plant-based, vegan love

You'll need:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2/3 cup almond milk @ecomil
Topping suggestions:
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh banana
- My Homemade Almond Chia Goji Granola
- Fresh figs (although it isn't the season, so maybe not, I just was really craving them)
- A generous dollop of cashew butter @meridian

Method
- Blend ingredients mentioned above in your trusty blender (start by pouring half the cup of almond milk and see if you need to add the rest or not, depending on the consistency)
