No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

A fan of chocolate?

How about peanut butter? 

In need of a super quick breakfast? 

A healthy snack for that 4pm that hits? 

A healthy dessert? 

This one's for you! 

Makes 4-5 energy balls 

Store in freezer, for up to one month 

Rich in protein, fiber, omega 6s

Good for the heart, great to help regulate blood pressure, & reduce cholesterol! 



  • 1/2 cup oats 
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips (vegan or non-vegan)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 


  1. Add your dry ingredients into your bowl, followed by your wet ingredients and mix all together gently using just a spoon

  2. Mold your mixture into fat balls using an ice cream scooper or just simply by using your hands and a spoon, or into any shape you'd like really; I prefer fat balls, it feels more gourmand

  3. Lay down a piece of parchment paper in an airtight container, then lay out your fat balls without sticking them together and place in the freezer for at least an hour or two 

  4. Last about a month in the freezer, if you keep them well stored in an airtight container
