Chia Date Cashew Butter & Pumpkin Seeds Energy Balls [No Bake]

Gluten free & Plant-Based


Protein packed ... Chia seeds 

Fiber rich ... Mejdool dates 

Makes 4-5 energy balls 

Store in freezer, for up to one month 



  • 12 mejdool Dates
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter 
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 


  1. Remove the seeds from the dates 
  2. Blend together the dates, salt and cashew butter (NOT the pumpkin seeds or chia seeds)
  3. Then transfer the date mixture to a bowl and add your chia seeds and pumpkin seeds 
  4. Mix everything together well using a spoon 
  5. Finally, roll the mixture into a ball 
  6. Place a parchment paper in an airtight container and place in the freezer (lasts about a month max) 
  7. And get that energy boost!!!
