Homemade Goji Berry Almond Chia Maple Granola

15 mins Homemade Granola

Vegan & Gluten-Full!

(unless you substitute for gluten free oats) 

Lasts up to 7 days in airtight container in the fridge 

Serves up to 4-6 people

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds 
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp goji berries 


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C, mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except the goji berries)
  2. Then lay down your mixture on a parchment paper, pressing it down flat and together, as seen in the picture above
  3. Bake for 10mins for the oats to color
  4. Add in your goji berries at the end when you place you granola in an airtight container and mix
  5. Side note: (I tried baking the granola with the goji berries but they got a little burnt, so if you want you can include the goji berries to give it a try, it might be our oven here in Dubai, I am currently not in Paris with my usual trusty oven, so you could try it and just after 2 mins check if the goji berries are ok, then check at 4 mins and if all looks good, then yei! Otherwise, mix the granola on the parchment paper, turn off the oven and just let it sit in the oven until it cools) 
  6. Let it cool and place in the fridge for up to one week-10days
