Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut Fat Balls

These double chocolate, peanut butter, coconut fat balls are little (or rather large) bites of heaven!

The best treat, snack, dessert ever, and all you need is

1 bowl & 5 mins prep time! How great is that?

If you are allergic to peanuts as I know many of you may be, you can substitute the peanut butter for almond butter or cashew butter or even pistachio butter.

This recipe makes about 5-6 fat balls depending how large you make them

Serves 2-3 people I'd say if you're in the mood to share :)

Let's get rolling shall we?

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp lin seeds & pumpkin seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips (vegan or non-vegan)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Add your dry ingredients into your bowl, followed by your wet ingredients and mix all together gently using just a spoon

Mold your mixture into fat balls using an ice cream scooper or just simply by using your hands and a spoon, or into any shape you'd like really; I prefer fat balls, it feels more gourmand

Lay down a piece of parchment paper on a tray or plate, then lay out your fat balls without sticking them together and place in the freezer for at least an hour or two

Enjoy these protein-packed, fiber-packed, joy promoting treats! Happy Sunday my lovies xoxo
