Baked Berry Buckwheat Porridge [Customizable + Vegan + GF]

I wanted something a little tangy, yet rich and creamy this morning,

here is what I came up with:

15mins baked porridge

with mulberries or blackberries or blueberries

super easy to customize and flexible if you don't have mulberries readily available

made with Buckwheat flakes

but you can substitute in millet flakes or oats, no problem!

I tried to include as many substitute options as possible to make this porridge adaptable and easy to make even if you don't have all the ingredients I used readily available. 

This porridge will leave you feeling satisfied, focused, calm, and ready to take on Tangy Tuesday.

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flakes (or millet or oats) 
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional - or maple syrup or honey) 
  • 2-3 tbsp black mulberries (or fresh blackberries or blueberries) 


  • Banana 
  • Pomegranate (or fresh raspberries or goji berries)
  • Almond butter 
  • Coconut flakes
  • Almond flakes
  • Chia seeds
