Tahini + Seeds Tartine, with Avocado, & a Potato, Red Onion, Green Beans, Mint Salad Dream

Yesterday's lunch was a dream, and took just 2️⃣0️⃣ mins to prepare ❗️

So, what do we have here?

1️⃣avocado drizzled with lemon, salt and cayenne pepper
2️⃣ @sigdalbakeri herb cracker topped with @perlamand tahini and a mixture of @monoprix  @seeberger_1844 pumpkin, soy and sunflower seeds
3️⃣red potatoes and red onions roasted @200C in the oven for 15mins topped with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano + blanched green beans  (bring water to boil and dip the green beans for about a minute, then remove and run under cold water to help keep the vibrant green color).


This is heavenly. Have a little bite or this, with a little bite of that, and you'll have a party in your mouth. It takes so little time and will leave you feeling sensational!
