5️⃣mins = 3️⃣ customizable energy balls ❗️
✔️ 6 Mejdool dates ✔️ 2 tbsp Chia seeds ✔️ pinch of Sea salt
✔️ Chocolate ✔️ Peanut Butter ✔️ Coconut
In your trusty blender, you add the 6️⃣Mejdool dates (remove the seeds first) and blend till you get a dough like consistency
Then you add 2️⃣ tbsp of chia seeds and a pinch of salt and PULSE only. (Instead of chia seeds you could use pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
Then you roll your mixture into three balls and top them off with your topping of choice.
