The past couple of days I have been having my oat overnight bowls for breakfast and I have been feeling so good! Full of energy, and very calm. I think that's the feeling that's most prevalent.
The oats fill you up, but not in a bad way. Rather a full-rounded satisfying way, that leaves you feeling really good inside, and once again, calm and at ease.
Shall we get started?
In an airtight jar, place the below ingredients in the fridge overnight.

- 1/2 cup oats (or 1 cup depending how hungry you are, in this case 2 cups of hazelnut milk)
- 1 cup hazelnut milk (or almond/cashew milk)
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 1 Mejdool datte
- Peanut butter
- Pomegranate seeds
- Pumpkin/sunflower seeds
- Dried white mulberries
