Tropical Lagoon Smoothie Bowl

Sometimes the world around us feels suffocating, too fast, too loud, too stressful and overwhelming. The negativity can be deafening. It is important to take a step back, to come back to our breath and to reconnect with ourselves in these moments. It isn't easy, especially because often we absorb what goes on around us like a sponge; but by being aware of it we can try to relieve the anxiety and reconnect with our positivity, with ourselves.
A tip I would suggest is even to download a meditation app such as Namatata (French app) or Calm (English) to help bring you back to your breath.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen lychee and pineapple
- 1 tsp Maca
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- Goji berries
- Dried mulberries
- Fresh peach
- Chia seeds
Place all ingredients in your trusty blender and mix until creamy smooth, add toppings and fly away to your own private tropical lagoon xoxo
