Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Cake


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/8 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1/4 cup maïzena (corn flour)
  • 1/2 cup chestnut + rice flour 
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil 
  • 1 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter


In one bowl, mix all ingredients together starting with squishing the bananas, then add the salt, vanilla, coconut oil and maple syrup,

Then add the flour slowly slowly, the raw cacao and finally the peanut butter

Let it sit in fridge for 30mins at least before baking

BAKE @180C for 20-30Mins
