Spirulina Smoothie Bowl


I believe it's really important to treat yourself, especially when it comes to food. Deprivation never works. Trust me, I know. 

What do you enjoy? Is it more creamy foods? Crunchy? Spicy? Salty? Sweet?

Whatever it may be there is always an easy way to prepare a healthy meal that will satisfy your cravings and taste buds, something you can make at home, that won't take too much time and that will leave you feeling fresh, well and satisfied. I know and understand we all have busy lives and get lazy sometimes, but takinga few minutes to prepare a healthy nutritious meal won't drain you; rather, it will do the opposite, it will give you an energy boost to keep you going strong. 

I love creamy foods and desserts very much, so I decided to make myself this Creamy Fruity Spirulina Banana bowl. 

All you need is 10mins (not even) and a trusty blender. (Oh and a bowl and spoon of course)

Prep Time: 5mins

Enjoyment Time: All day long


  • 1.5 frozen Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Cream 
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract 
  • 1 tsp Spirulina 
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup 


  • Roasted Hazelnuts
  • Goji berries
  • Mulberries
  • Strawberries 
  • Blueberries 


  1. Peel & freeze bananas overnight
  2. Place all ingredients into your blender and mix until you have a smooth & creamy texture
  3. Add toppings and indulge xox
