Banana Spirulina Towers
Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week and are ready for a fun-filled weekend ahead.
This is my favorite go-to breakfast. It is quick, so easy to put together, and 100% satisfying.
10 ingredients + 5 mins prep
Gluten-free & dairy free!
Prep Time: 5 mins
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Spirulina
- 1-2 tbsp Almond Butter
- Goji Berries
- Lin Seeds
- Sunflower Seeds
- Poppy Seeds
- Dried Cranberries
- Peel the banana and cut into even slices
- Layer the banana pieces on your plate, making mini banana towers as seen in the image above, if you'd like to have a pretty presentation. Otherwise, you can just place the banana slices in a bowl or on the plate as you'd like, no big!
- Then drizzle your almond butter, and sprinkle the rest of the ingredients ... from the Spirulina to the seeds
- You can also add raspberries and blueberries if you'd like!
