Banana Spirulina Towers

Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week and are ready for a fun-filled weekend ahead. 

This is my favorite go-to breakfast. It is quick, so easy to put together, and 100% satisfying. 

10 ingredients + 5 mins prep

 Gluten-free & dairy free! 

Prep Time: 5 mins


  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Spirulina 
  • 1-2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • Mulberries 
  • Goji Berries 
  • Lin Seeds
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Poppy Seeds
  • Pomegranate 
  • Dried Cranberries 

Additional toppings

  • Raspberries 
  • Blueberries


  1. Peel the banana and cut into even slices 
  2. Layer the banana pieces on your plate, making mini banana towers as seen in the image above, if you'd like to have a pretty presentation. Otherwise, you can just place the banana slices in a bowl or on the plate as you'd like, no big! 
  3. Then drizzle your almond butter, and sprinkle the rest of the ingredients ... from the Spirulina to the seeds 
  4. You can also add raspberries and blueberries if you'd like!
