Peanut Butter Garden Toast

The world's easiest breakfast series continues!

  • Piece of gluten free bread or cracker 
  • Banana
  • Peanut butter
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries 
  • Seed mix (lin, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin) or nuts of your choice (pistachios, hazelnuts)
  • Pistachios


  1. On your piece of bread or cracker, start by spreading your peanut butter layer 
  2. Then, peel the banana and cut it into thin even slices 
  3. Add the banana pieces on top of your peanut butter 
  4. Add your chopped nuts, seeds, blueberries and raspberries
