Almond Butter & Banana Bread

  • Banana 
  • Piece of gluten free bread or cracker 
  • Almond butter 
  • Dried White Mulberries 
  • Seed mix (lin, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin) or nuts of your choice (pistachios, hazelnuts)


  1. On your piece of bread or cracker, start by spreading your almond butter layer 
  2. Then, peel the banana and cut it into thin even slices 
  3. Add the banana pieces on top of your almond butter 
  4. Add your chopped nuts, seeds, and dried white mulberries
