Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

  • 1.5 cups frozen red apple pieces
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Maca
  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 3 pitted dates or 2 tbsp Agave Syrup

Topping Suggestions

  • Almonds
  • Walnuts 
  • Blueberries
  • Dried White Mulberries
  • Peanut Butter Swirl


  1. Place all ingredients in food processor
  2. Blend away 
  3. Add toppings and enjoy
