Peas, spinach, basil, spirulina DIP [Vegan + GF]

What will you need?
Your trusty blender, a spoon, a knife and the ingredients mentioned below.
- 230g Green peas [already ready / cooked in glass jar]
- 1 cup or 30g Spinach
- 1 tsp Spirulina
- 15-20g Fresh basil
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- Chopped fresh mint (topping)
- 1 tsp Chopped grilled hazelnuts (topping)
Add all ingredients to your blender, removing the stems from the basil, and mix until silky smooth
Add toppings: Chopped fresh mint and 1 tsp chopped grilled hazelnuts
