Sweet potato tartines 3 ways [Vegan + GF]

This breakfast is packed with vitamins and takes just 20-30 mins.

What do you need to do to make these little bites of tartine heaven?

  • 1 sweet potato 
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup 
  • Almond butter
  • Peanut butter
  • Raw cacao
  • Figs 
  • Blueberries 
  • Banana
  • Goji berries 
  1. Pre-heat the oven @200C
  2. Peel the sweet potato, and cut length wise to make tartine shapes slices 
  3. Place a parchment paper on a baking tray, lay down your sweet potato slices and drizzle a tsp of maple syrup to simply coat the sweet potato 
  4. Bake for 20-25mins @200C



For the first tartine on the left,

drizzle or spread almond butter and add your figs (you can substitute the figs for bananas or strawberries or blueberries or apple) anything goes! 

For the one in the middle, 

drizzle peanut butter and top it off with blueberries (or banana or green apples); these go really well with peanut butter. 

And for the last one, 


Sprinkle some raw cacao or a hazelnut spread, top it off with banana and goji berries (you can omit the goji berries if you don't have any) 


These tartines are really delicious, easy to digest, light
