Peanut Butter Overnight Oats with Dark Chocolate

  • 2-3 cups almond milk (you can add some in the morning to adjust the consistency) 
  • 1.5 cup oats 
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds 
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1 Mejdool datte chopped (optional)
  • Banana (topping)
  • Coconut flakes (topping) 
  • Pomegranate seeds (topping)
  • Dark chocolate (Vegan or not, topping) 


  1. Add all ingredients together, then leave in the fridge overnight
  2. Add toppings the next morning
