Choco Coco Happiness Porridge
Not a morning person? No problem!
This porridge will make you jump for joy first thing in the morning,
It is also a major focus enhancer.

- 1/2 cup millet flakes
- 1/3 cup buckwheat flakes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 large TBSP raw cacao
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
if you do not have millet or buckwheat readily available, you can substitute for oats or quinoa.
- Pomegranate (or goji berries or fresh berries)
- Chia seeds (or mix of seeds)
- Dried white mulberries (or dried figs, optional)
- Coconut flakes (optional)
Add all ingredients in a pot (that you can place in the oven), mix together
Place in the oven @200C for 10mins
Carefully remove (don't burn yourself!) and all your toppings.
