Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Vanilla NiceCream
As the leaves start to change color and the cool autumn breeze sets in, I was inspired this morning to make a warm and homey treat.
The star of the show here is cinnamon. I find that this anti-inflammatory spice can remind us of a blissful holiday moment with family & friends, while inciting a slight pinch of nostalgia (the good kind).
This recipe is designed to help you transition from summer cool to autumn warmth. I hope you’ll enjoy it.
Prep Time: 10mins
Serves 1-2 persons
- 3 frozen Bananas
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Almond milk
- pinch of salt
- Peel & freeze bananas overnight
- Place all ingredients into your blender and mix until you have a smooth & creamy texture
