Matcha madness? Oh Yes please.

This creamy, anti-oxidant packed breakfast bowl or dessert (can be enjoyed either way), takes me back to my trip to Japan in 2013. Need to make my way back there soon… wow time sure does fly.

Can be stored up to 3 days in the fridge


  • 200 gr Silky Tofu (or ½ block)
  • 3 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Topping suggestions

  • Mango
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Chia Seeds
  • Fresh banana slices
  • White chocolate bits


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a smooth/creamy texture
  2. Add toppings
  3. Store in the fridge for about an hour, or can be enjoyed immediately too
