Happy Sunday everyone,

Welcome to Season 1, Episode 3 of the Grawnola Series.

This recipe has more of a sweet & sour play, I find.  It can be enjoyed over your ginormous fruit bowl(which is what I tend to do), rolled as an energy ball, or  on its own. The choice is yours.


Prep Time: 10 mins

Serves 5 people or 1 mason jar

Lasts 5 days in airtight container


  • 8 Mejdool dates
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 1 cup Mulberries
  • ½ cup Goji Berries
  • ½ cup Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Raw unsalted Cashews


First, remove the seed/core of the mejdool dates

Place them in the food processor and pulse until they are cut into smaller pieces (make sure you do not blend on high speed, we want to keep the pieces in tact to give texture to the granola)

Next add the oats, and pulse

Finally, add the rest of the ingredients, and pulse once again to mix it all together; but only pulse

Place your rawnloa in an airtight jar and store in the fridge
