Perfect Boiled Eggs

Here's how.

Follow these easy, straightforward instructions, and you'll never play the 'hit or miss' game with your boiled eggs again.

  1. Place cold water in a pot and bring to boil
  2. Once the water is boiling, gently with a spoon, place your egg in the boiling water 
  3. Count 6 minutes exactly
  4. Take off the fire and run through cold water for a minute to really stop the cooking and cool the eggs down 
  5. Peel gently, and voila! 

(Note: I used medium-sized, organic eggs. It works everytime).
