Necessary equipment
- 1 whisk
- 1 bowl
- Oven
- Mini muffins mold
- A few spoons
- Cutting board
- 1 knife
- 20 mini muffins cups
Steps
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C
- Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl
- Mix well with a whisk
- Add the wet ingredients next and mix well again
- Add a hanful of fresh bluberries or raspberries
- Add the mini muffin cups to your muffin mold
- Transfer the muffin mix to your muffin cups (filling them up to 3/4, not more as they will rise)
- Bake for 15mins
- Add a side of coconut yogurt and fresh fruit & enjoy!
