5 Mins Hazelnut Smoothie Bowl

5 Mins Hazelnut Bliss :) 

A super creamy, deliciously rich, & joy promoting smoothie bowl. 

Serves 2 people, and is plant-based, vegan & gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 2 large frozen bananas 
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut milk @ecomil
  • 2 mejdool dates 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 

Toppings

  • Chia seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Raw cacao sprinkled  

Method

  1. Remove the seeds and soak dates for 5 mins in warm water, if they are too firm
  2. Blend the ingredients in your trusty blender
  3. Add toppings 
  4. And Mmmmmhmmmmmmmmmmmm away from all that deliciousness :)
