Peanut Butter Baked Porridge [GF + Vegan]

Breakfast of champions you ask?

& only 10 mins bake?

This porridge is for you.

Gluten Free + Vegan too.

This baby is packed with protein (chia seeds + peanut butter) and requires no effort whatsoever! 

Before getting dressed for work or uni in the morning, simply turn on the oven @180C and just whip up these 6 ingredients; then throw it in the oven as you get dressed.

By the time you're done getting ready, and probably even before that, it'll be done and ready!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond milk (x2) 
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup buckwheat flakes
  • 1 banana 
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup 
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven @180C
  2. In a little baking pot, add in all of your ingredients and mix 
  3. Bake in the oven for 10 mins @180C 
  4. Voila! Bon appetit.
