Classic Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS, WELCOME WELCOME!!! 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1 tsp maca 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (2 if you're feeling extra greedy, it happens!)
  • 1 mejdool date (without the seed)
  • 1/3 cup almond milk 

Toppings 

  • Pumpkin seeds (or lin seeds or hemp seeds or poppy seeds or sunflower seeds or raw nuts)
  • Pomegranate
  • Coconut flakes 
  • Dried white mulberries (or fresh banana) 
  • Chia seeds (for that extra protein kick!)
