This treat is ideal for breakfast, as an afternoon snack or dessert! Take your pick.

Super simple, easy to make,

packed with protein from the chia seeds, 

full of energy from the banana & pecans, 

DELICIOUS, MOIST, CRUNCHY goodness

You can enjoy this recipe as a full on brownie cake, or chop it up into generous bars to-go

Or enjoy it in mini format, bite-sized treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 tbsp water 
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour 
  • Bits & Pieces of pecans 
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Pecan bits 
  • Piece of dark chocolate in the middle

Method

Pre-heat oven @170C

In a mold (5cmx5cm), greese edges with coconut oil

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix using a spatula

Pour your mixture into the mold

Bake for 25mins
