Nectarine, Mango, Melon Smoothie Bowl

Waking up with stars in your eyes and stomach ⭐️ be mindful of how you look at yourself in the mirror, how you speak to yourself. Sometimes we are so hard on ourselves, and we've been taught to be perfectionists, over-demanding, that we don't notice how mean, hurtful and judgmental we are towards our own selves. Would you speak the way you speak to yourself to a friend? To your child? To your sister or brother? 
Awareness is key. We must be kind to ourself and create an environment of compassion and love towards ourself, because it all starts with self love. Friendships, relationships in love, family relationships are all nurtured or tainted by our self love and our relationship with ourselves. 
Be kind to yourself, if you don't love yourself work on getting there and on understanding why you don't, and have empathy towards yourself just as you would for someone else, be it a stranger or someone close to you.

Ingredients?

  • 1 tsp Maca
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen melon
  • 1/2 cup fresh nectarine 
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Toppings?

  • Grapes 
  • Raw unsalted Peanuts 
  • Nectarine 
  • Goji berries

Method 

  • Place all ingredients in your blender, mix, add toppings and enjoy!
