Ingredients

  • Red Apple
  • Peanut butter

Toppings

  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries 
  • Dried white mulberries 
  • Seed mix (lin, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin) or nuts of your choice (pistachios, hazelnuts)

Method

  1. Cut your red apple in quarters or in bite sized portions 
  2. Drizzle peanut butter 
  3. Add your chopped nuts, seeds, blueberries, raspberries and dried white mulberries
