Banana, Almond Milk, and Peanut Butter

Today's morning thought revolved around the proven effects of leading a Whole Foods Plant Based life:

This simple breakfast bowl you see here, consists of the following ingredients and will take no more than 5 mins of your precious time. I know how rushed mornings can be. So i'll make this snappy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp raw cacao
  • 1/3 tsp maca powder or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup

Toppin suggestions

  • Banana
  • Dried Mulberries

Method

Add all ingredients in a bowl, mix it up and enjoy XOX
