Peas, spinach, basil, spirulina DIP [Vegan + GF]

What will you need? 

Your trusty blender, a spoon, a knife and the ingredients mentioned below. 

Ingredients

  • 230g Green peas [already ready / cooked in glass jar]
  • 1 cup or 30g Spinach
  • 1 tsp Spirulina
  • 15-20g Fresh basil 
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • Chopped fresh mint (topping)
  • 1 tsp Chopped grilled hazelnuts (topping)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender, removing the stems from the basil, and mix until silky smooth

  2. Add toppings: Chopped fresh mint and 1 tsp chopped grilled hazelnuts
