Choco Coco Happiness Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup millet flakes
  • 1/3 cup buckwheat flakes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 large TBSP raw cacao 
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup 

if you do not have millet or buckwheat readily available, you can substitute for oats or quinoa.

Toppings

  • Banana 
  • Pomegranate (or goji berries or fresh berries)
  • Chia seeds (or mix of seeds)
  • Dried white mulberries (or dried figs, optional)
  • Coconut flakes (optional)

Add all ingredients in a pot (that you can place in the oven), mix together

Place in the oven @200C for 10mins 

Carefully remove (don't burn yourself!) and all your toppings.
