The Heart Healthy, Seedy, Chocolatey Cookie

Serves 1 (no sharing allowed!)

Packed with, 

fiber = dates, oats & lin seeds

omega3s (heart health) = pumpkin seeds & lin seeds

Iron = dried white mulberries 

Protein = chia seeds

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup oats 
  • 3 tbsp almond milk 
  • 1 tsp lin seeds #omega3 
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds #omega3s 
  • 1 tsp dried white mulberries #fiber 
  • 1tsp chia seeds #protein 
  • 1 Mejdool date
  • 2-3 tbsp dark chocolate (vegan or not)
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Method 

  1. Pre-heat the oven @200C
  2. Mix ingredients in a bowl 
  3. Lay down parchment paper on a baking tray
  4. Pour your mold, and shape it into a cookie form (or any form you'd like really is fine, but I think cookie is best for this scenario)
  5. Bake @200C for 30mins or until golden brown 
  6. Indulge away! xoxo
