Berry Smoothie

Good Morning from freezing Paris my friends! 

I wanted to share with you another super easy breakfast smoothie or smoothie bowl this morning.  With a 6am wake up, this smoothie is a good pick me up, packed with antioxidants.

Ingredients

1/2 Mango 

1 cup Raspberries

1 cup blueberries 

Topping Suggestions

Banana 

Chia seeds 

Passion fruit 

Coconut flakes 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together and add toppings of your choice
