Pear, Cinnamon & Cardamom Smoothie Bowl

Happy New Year Friends! I hope 2017 is off to a great start! 

Here is a simple, healthy, breakfast recipe to kick off the new year. Hope you enjoy it!

Prep Time: 5-10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • 2 mejdool pitted dates 

Topping Suggestions

  • Hazelnuts
  • Dried Mulberries
  • Walnuts
  • Honey Drizzle

Method

  1. place all ingredients into good processor
  2. Mix until smooth
  3. Add toppings
