Matcha Pudding

Matcha madness? Oh Yes please.

This creamy, anti-oxidant packed breakfast bowl or dessert (can be enjoyed either way), takes me back to my trip to Japan in 2013. Need to make my way back there soon… wow time sure does fly.

So what’s so special about this high quality green tea that has a long-standing reputation in Japan? Well, let me tell you:

  1. It is so unbelievably high in antioxidants. 1 bowl has 5 times the antioxidants, compared to any other antioxidant rich foods
  2. It is loaded with Catechin EGCg, which helps fight against cancer
  3. It enhances calm and relaxation, while remaining alert
  4. It boosts memory and concerntration
  5. It boosts energy
  6. It helps body burn fat 4x faster than average
  7. It helps detoxify the body
  8. It boosts our immune system

I think these are more than enough reasons to entice you to try this recipe! And if that’s not enough, then what about the fact that this will take you only 10 Minutes! And the award for the world’s easiest recipe goes to...
