Chocolate & Peanut Butter Pudding

This creamy, rich breakfast bowl or dessert (can be enjoyed either way), will leave you feeling so satisfied, you'll have to do your happy dance.

Serves 1 person

Can be stored up to 3 days in the fridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Block Silk Tofu or 200g
  • 1 tbsp Raw Caco
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1.5 tbsp Peanut Butter 
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk 
  • 1 tbsp Agave
  • Pinch of Salt 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a smooth/creamy texture
  2. Add toppings
  3. Store in the fridge for about an hour, or can be enjoyed immediately too

Topping Suggestions

  • Frozen Grapes (drizzled with peanut butter - optional)
  • Pistachios 
  • Mulberries
